Up to 5 year end 1099s for key contractors and vendors

We offer bookkeeping services for small business owners, mainly folks who provide services. For example, we work with a lot of therapists, designers, healers, consultants, and artists.
We do not work with product or retail-based businesses and don’t offer support for managing inventory at this time.

There’s nothing we haven’t seen, seriously! We’re ready to support you no matter your current situation.
For clients who require substantial or bulk cleanup, we charge an onboarding fee of 50% of the monthly fee for each cleanup month.

Yes, we ONLY use Quickbooks. If you use another software, we can help you migrate your data to Quickbooks. If you prefer to stick with your software, we unfortunately will need to ask you to seek out another bookkeeper.

No worries, we’ll help you sort it out! However, we do require business owners to maintain a separate business bank account and credit cards OR be willing to adopt this system.

We’ve put together these packages to help provide price transparency and make our work easier to understand. However, if you feel like your needs are wildly different than anything we’ve mapped out above, holler at us–we’d be happy to talk about a custom quote.

Unfortunately not at this time. The $300/month minimum is put in place to help make sure our team can do their best work, make a living wage, and avoid burnout. Bookkeeping is very detail-oriented, and this minimum pricing helps us provide quality service to our clients.

All work is done month-to-month, so you can give 30 days’ notice and cancel anytime.

Payroll Add-ons
Monthly Cost per Employee: $30/mo
Monthly Cost per Contractor: $15/mo
Note: we can use Gusto or QuickBooks for your payroll, depending on your preference–the price of payroll software is not included in this service.
